Quartz Crystal: Queen on the Scene
If I could only have one crystal, which crystal would I choose? First of all, I can’t imagine a world where I could choose only one crystal. I’m into the metaphysical and having only one crystal is too unthinkable a reality for me. But, if in an alternate reality where I could only choose one crystal, I would choose Quartz. There are lots of crystals in the Quartz family and Amethyst, Rose Quartz, and Smoky Quartz are some of my faves in the family. But Quartz, aka Clear Quartz, is my Queen on the Scene.
Here’s why she reigns supreme:
She’s a powerful conductor of energy, amplifying other crystals around her and entraining with the human body’s less stable vibes.
Short geology refresher here…in the Periodic Table of Elements, we find Silicon and Oxygen. When combined, we get Silicon Dioxide (SiO2), aka silica, aka quartz. Silicon conducts energy.
Silicates make up the majority of Earth's crust, which means there's lots and lots of it around to connect cosmic energy. Quartz doesn’t generate energy, but it can help transform one form of energy into another. Quartz crystals vibrate at a specific frequency, partly due to its crystalline structure and size and partly due to the minerals in its makeup. So when quartz is involved, the power exists to transform energy.
In other words, when I connect with Quartz, it has the power to realign my vibe.
Quartz is an action-packed crystal. Its healing properties include amplifying other crystals around it. That’s why all of my crystal grids are surrounded by Quartz.
It’s also known for helping with clarity. If I need clarity in my life, I connect with my Clear Quartz Crystal and let the entraining begin. I connect with Quartz’s vibey goodness to realign my body’s energy field and enlighten me to cosmic energetic connections.
As far as chakras are concerned, I primarily use quartz to balance my crown chakra. I feel it works most powerfully on the crown. But because it’s such a versatile powerhouse for radiating energy, it can be used for any of the chakras. In fact, when I sense a chakra that’s stuck out of balance, I add quartz crystals to add an extra punch of power to entrain the energy.
In today’s world, it seems there are limitless ways to get information, but that doesn’t guarantee the information is credible. Sources matter, credibility matters. As I add to my information toolkit, I judge the source of the information with analytical eyes, and if the source sounds legit, if it rings most of the bells and whistles, and it resonates, then I trust my instincts. But I always, always question the source of information. Magic bullets are of Hollywood fiction, the real magic is found in nature, moods and emotions (MOMOs), rituals, symbols, beliefs, and, always, LOVE!
