Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Smile

Inspired by a true story. :-)

If you’re bombarded by questions at work. If you’re tasked with finding answers…over and over again. If the endless questions and answers of your day have you feeling like your life is a circus, you’re the ringmaster, and the juggling monkeys are making you feel like a lion ready to roar, you might have Juggleitis.

Maybe there don’t need to be so many balls up in the air. Maybe it’s not even your circus. Maybe you don’t have to have all the answers all the time. Maybe sometimes, you can say, “Not my circus, Not my monkeys.”

I’m not a therapist, and I don’t play one in real-life, but when a friend starts talking like they’ve got a lot of balls up in the air and no time to play; I say, you might have Juggleitis!

Feeling like life is a constant schedule is a classic symptom. It’s when the brain is unable to differentiate between a question and an invitation. To confirm diagnosis, say out loud, the following word:

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious

Go ahead, say it out loud, no matter where you are. If you failed to even crack a smile, I’m afraid you have a severe case of Juggleitis. Take a spoonful of sugar, and let the monkeys go down.

Friends don’t let friends juggle alone. If you ever see me struggling to juggle? Give me a roar. Let me know it’s okay to drop some balls.

Remind me to roar when I need a break. Help each other to stay grounded and recharged. Last week, I chatted about earthing, that’s a great way to get grounded and let go of the need to roar. Do what makes your heart feel lighter and the circus worth the ring time.

Here’s a few more tools I use when I’m ready to roar:

Smudging is a great way to smoke out negative or stagnant energy.

Essential Oils are great for engaging the olfactory sense to reset your mood. Citrus Bliss by doTerra is my favorite. But my go-to for a quick mood reset is any citrus. If you don’t have oil, find yourself a lemon or lime and squeeze your way to a new outlook. Click here to buy quality, therapeutic oils through my doTerra website.

Meditate with crystals to align yourself with Mother Earth’s geometric, crystalline brilliance.

Find your sweet spot.

Just a spoonful of sugar helps the monkeys go down, in the most delightful way. :-)

Bright blessings,

Jewel Daisy
